Do you give discount to regular customers ?

Yes we do on the day of your 1st valet please speak to us regarding our Care Plan.

What if the weather is bad on the day of my valet ?

In the event of bad weather conditions we would ALWAYS call you to arrange another time and date that is convenient with us both

How much notice is required to book a valet ?

Anything from 1 hour to 1 month, it really depends on how busy we are. We would always advise you to book at least 2 days in advance if possible

What payment methods do you accept ?

At the moment we only accept cash, but a reciept is available on request

What is the difference between wax and polish ?

The polish we use is like a moisturizer for your paintwork enriching the lustre, colour and depth. Waxing your vehicle will still give the paintwork a lovely shine, but mainly acts as a protective layer by sealing your paintwork either with polymers or carnuba contained in the wax.

Why should i have my vehicle waxed ?

Waxing your vehicle helps to prevent airbourne contaminants from settling on the painwork and starting a chemical reaction. Waxing also diffuses UV rays & infared radiation from the sun, there by preventing both from being absorbed in to the paint pigments. Without the wax the paintwork would end up dull and oxidized. When a vehicle has been waxed it will also have a lower paint surface temperature

Why clay bar your vehicle ?

The bumps and roughness you feel on your paint are contaminants such as factory fallout, brake dust, tree sap, road grime, that have bonded to your car's paintwork. Most forms of dirt will wash off when you wash your car. However, some damaging particles bond to your car's paintwork instantly. Your car is up against these elements all its life; they can start eating into the paintwork and cause rusting. If the fallout is left on the car with an overnight rain or if a considerable amount of dew takes place; the metal particle begins to rust on top of the painted surface.
